Late night/early morning shinan’s. I was wondering if Jeih’s shirtlessness was canon, and squirmed to discover that, yes, indeed, it is. =___=”
Then it was mentioned to me that along with his careless outlook towards clothes, It could be visualized that he would every once and a while sport a crack. B/
So. As I was drawing a certain commission, I could not get that image OUT OF MY HEAD!!!! In order to purge it, it had to be drawn. >.<
Sorry, Crispy. Crack Happens.
But seriously, Jeih, you don’t have to be so SMUG about it!!!
The next image involving him will be me fastening a belt on him, and forcing a shirt over his head. B/
OH MY G…
…
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA oh Jeih you classy thing you. Skynny you know where this is going, right. You have thrown down the gauntlet. This can only end in pinups, or depictions of him in his hunting days, playing at being a tasty morsel.
Also I totally want to see you trying to put clothes on him. That would be amazingly hilarious. He’d probably let you, too, he’d just hit on you the entire time. And you should probably watch out for those fingers. They travel. c8
Jeih, you and I must hunt together on day.

Ani….. I had to. I turned 22 today, and almost said I was old, then thought of you… then thought of Zaul. Then thought of how I just wanted to draw something calming.
There ya go.
I feel better now.
I am old, thank you. Happy Birthday. Good job on the picture. I much approve of this interaction.

zaul’s masquerade costume. First off, the boy rarely wears this much clothing. Second, since he doesn’t he stays in his bigger form. But if he were to be a small boy, he’d need clothes. Best question; WHO would buy or make him such clothes?
That and how to best interpret an eastern influence into a masquerade theme?
I think Zaul is a very plain and simple individual. He would NOT allow himself to sparkle or shine.
But I am considering attaching bells to his feet so people can track him down and keen him from hiding under a table.
Rofl. I would. I like him. Need to pester Alex to pester Ash to continue that rp. |:
Nice job on his costume. I like the pattern at the bottom of his tunic :)

Q:Thank you for following me, good sir. Tell me.... First, what is your all-time-favorite novel? Second, why IS a raven like a writing-desk?
You are most welcome. I have enjoyed many books over the years and it is terribly hard to remember all of the good ones. The bad ones are sometimes memorable. Instead I will have to pick from the ones I have read in the last fifty or so years as it is already hard enough even to sort through hundred year spans. There are simply too many good books that are good in their own right and cannot be compared to another book even of a similar genre.
The top three for the last five decades I would have to say are:
A Thousand Splendid Suns

A Princess of Mars

Also, ‘I haven’t the slightest idea.’

For the record that was her idea. She didn’t take a lick of my advice. I didn’t even get paid.
I do not have a hairdresser. There’s something called a mirror, and if you have enough of them you can just do your own hair granted you have the knowledge, coordination, and time. I have all three but mostly time. Lots and lots of time.
As for why humans would allow people with sharp objects near their heads? I can think of a great deal of reasons none of which are correct 100% of the time. Everyone’s reason is a little different. You could attribute it to the fact that people don’t think completely, that this sort of behavior is culturally accepted just like dentistry and doctors appointments, that they don’t fear iron and metals as much as you do, and a strange sense of trust that people seem to have for someone they are paying to do a service for them. The motivation money has on someone’s trust seems to be enough to sit down and allow people to manipulate your head this way and that. People with titles or places of business tend to be trusted above all else with the assumption that years of training will ensure your well being with these strangers. Granted that many times friendships form after weeks, months, or years of receiving this service I find it is still just a bit backwards for my taste. It makes sense for it to be the way it is yet you’d think that people would rather get to know someone and then seek their service but for the most part it just isn’t the case.
For you and I we don’t have to worry a whole lot unless it involves a few particular metals. So while I needn’t fear a hairstylist, or any of that other close proximity nonsense, habit and personal preference keep me from trusting so easily, professional or not.
While it’s certainly not a black or white answer, as I’m not the only one who might feel this same lack of trust for different reasons, I hope that offers some insight.
Waiting for my next job
Ask me anything.
